The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

The PacketNine Professional Foundation and all Managed Upgrades are architected to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We strive to meet this level across all core site features and client portals.

Conformance Status: Partially Conforming. While our core static framework is highly accessible, some third-party integrations (such as Zoho widgets or payment gateways) may have limitations outside of our direct control.

2. Accessibility Features

Our managed infrastructure utilizes a mobile-first, semantic design built with accessibility in mind:

  • Semantic HTML: Proper use of structural markup ensures compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • High Contrast: We maintain accessible contrast ratios for all text to ensure readability for users with visual impairments.
  • Keyboard Operability: All interactive elements, including our bespoke contact forms and CRM integrations, are navigable via keyboard.
  • Alt-Text: We ensure all non-decorative images included in your build feature descriptive alternative text.
  • Responsive Layout: Our sites are optimized for zoom and screen magnification without loss of functionality.

Accessibility relies on our high-speed HTML5 and CSS framework. By avoiding “bloated” database-driven platforms, we ensure that assistive technologies can parse your business data faster and more accurately.
